When the three Grace siblings move, along with their mom, to the run down Spiderwick estate, strange things start happening...
It begins with a scurrying in the walls. Jared, Simon, and Mallory think it might be a squirrel, but when Mallory breaks open the wall, they find what looks like a tiny room inside.
The next morning, Mallory wakes up screaming, her arms covered in tiny bruises and her hair tied down to the bed. The day after that, Simon wakes up similarly bruised, and his beloved pet mice are missing!
